DOVER, Del. - Authorities in Dover say they are searching for an inmate, who did not return on an approved pass. The Morris Community Correctional Center, in Dover, says that 30-year-old Robert Burns, has failed to return on an approved pass to go to the bank. Burns is described by law enforcement as a male, standing 6'00", weighing 185 pounds, with brown hair, and green eyes. His last known address is reported as being in Milford, Delaware. He is also listed to have tattoos on his back, right calf, and left hand. Read More. |
