Torrington – Arlo Ernest Benbo, a Wyoming inmate, died Monday, October 17, 2016 at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, Wyoming after a lengthy illness. Benbo was sentenced on October 15, 2009 by Natrona County District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl. He was serving a 12-20 year sentence for 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse of a Minor. Benbo was born on June 15, 1937 in Dodson, Montana. As per departmental policy an autopsy has been ordered. |
