The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office said an inmate, who wasreported as escaped on Tuesday, surrendered to authorities on Wednesday. Terrance Jacques, 25, surrendered about 12 p.m. Wednesday Authorities found a Sheriff’s Office-issued jumpsuit and slippers in a second-floor hallway at the court around 1 p.m. Tuesday at Municipal Court, a spokesperson said.
