MACHIAS, Maine (AP) — Authorities are investigating the death of an inmate at the Washington County Jail in Machias. WABI-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2eDU5NO) that guards say they found 55-year-old James Roy on the floor of his dorm area with a head wound on Friday morning.
