| Investigator: Clausen, Dixon had help from 3rd inmate in June prison escape |

A third inmate helped Timothy Clausen and Armon Dixon escape the Lincoln Correctional Center in a laundry truck, a Nebraska State Patrol investigator testified Tuesday. The latest revelation in the June 10 escape came Tuesday at Clausen's preliminary hearing in Lancaster County Court on an escape charge. Investigator Cory Townsend testified that Dixon, Clausen and a third inmate went into a small yard outside the laundry center. Dixon and Clausen climbed into a cart, and the third man piled clothes on top of them, he said. Read More. |
