SUSSEX CO., Del. - Authorities in Georgetown say they are searching for an inmate, who failed to return after an approved pass. The Sussex County Correctional Center, in Georgetown, says that 21-year-old Ciara Footman willfully failed to return from an approved work pass to the Rehoboth Diner. Footman is described by law enforcement as a female, standing 5'05", weighing 135 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. Her last known address is reported as being in Dover, Delaware. Officials say that Footman's location is unknown, and unauthorized at this time, so a warrant for escape and conviction has been issued.
