COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) - A Branch County Jail inmate who is scheduled to go on trial December 6, 2016 in Branch County Circuit Court on two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct is now facing more legal problems. 36-year-old Andrew Daniel Colbeck has been charged with three additional counts of criminal sexual conduct and a charge of indecent exposure following an alleged incident with a fellow inmate that according to Branch County court documents happened sometime between October 10 and October 18, 2016.
