LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Authorities say an inmate has been charged with assaulting three guards at the Nebraska State Penitentiary in Lincoln. The Lincoln Journal Star reports (http://bit.ly/2eAhjnz ) that 39-year-old Jeffrey Hoover is charged with three counts of assault by a confined person.
