ROXBORO, NC (WTVD) -- Law enforcement officers have captured an inmate who left the Roxboro Satellite Training Center Wednesday. A spokesperson for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety said the center is a former state prison now used for daily educational classes and substance abuse treatment classes for inmates.
