| Sheriff seeks inmates who walked off from Correctional Alternative Center |

LAWRENCE — Essex County Sheriff Frank Cousins reports that his office is seeking to capture two inmates who walked away from the minimum security Lawrence Correctional Alternative Center on Wednesday. The two missing inmates are: Manuel Perez, 22, of Puerto Rico, a pretrial inmate facing motor vehicle theft charges. Levi Montalvo, 23, of Puerto Rico, a pretrial inmate facing charges in connection with the violation of a 209A abuse prevention order. Read More. |
