HAMILTON – An inmate who escaped Friday from the Alabama Department of Corrections’ Hamilton Work Release Center is back in custody, officials said. According to Bob Horton, a spokesman from the Alabama Department of Corrections, Adryll Detise Banks, 37, was captured Saturday afternoon. Reports Horton said Banks was located at a hotel in Opelika Saturday night. He was taken into custody by investigators from the Department of Corrections Investigations and Intelligence Division without incident. Read More. |
