SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — Maine officials say a juvenile has died while being detained at the Long Creek Youth Development Center. The incident was reported Friday as part of the attorney general's protocol for deaths involving the Department of Corrections. Spokesman Tim Feeley said the state medical examiner has been asked to "determine time, date, place, cause, manner and circumstances of the death."
