ORLANDO, Fla. - A jailhouse confession is helping police piece together the murder of an Orlando mother. It's been three months since Olivia Diggs' body was found dismembered in Lake Underhill. Court records reveal investigators are closer to figuring out how everything happened, and it's partly due to information that came from a jail inmate who said the suspect confessed the crime to him. The suspect, Rafael Gonzalez, remains in the Orange County Jail. This Orlando Police Department's supplemental report to the court records said an inmate, whose name is redacted but who was in jail for robbery, called Crimeline. Read More. |
