LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The list of Louisville murders keeps growing; leaving loved ones broken and some angry. "If it's a violent crime you should not be able to be released early," Nicole Jefferson said. "I sort of feel like the justice system failed us." Nicole Jefferson's cousin, Donte Jefferson, was gunned down in a quadruple shooting in June. His accused murderer, Eric Anthony, served 5 years in prison for shooting Donte Jefferson, among other charges. But months before his sentence was over, Anthony was paroled out of prison early through a program called Mandatory Re-entry, or MRS.
