Sheboygan, WI (WHBL) - An inmate at the Sheboygan County Detention Center is facing new charges following an altercation involving a TV remote. Court documents don’t say what inmates were watching a week ago yesterday, but that several were at a table watching TV when fellow inmate 30 year old Shawn Hess walked over, took the TV remote and started changing channels. When a man in the group stood up and grabbed the remote from Hess, they say surveillance video shows Hess punched the man in the back of his head as he turned away. Read More. |
