Columbia, SC (WLTX) -- Authorities in South Carolina have captured an escaped inmate who police said may be responsible for the stabbing of an officer in a Columbia Walmart Thursday morning. The South Carolina Department of Corrections says Michael Alan Williamson escaped from McCormick Correctional Institution Wednesday and made his way to Columbia.
