It had been viewed more than 100,000 times on YouTube by Tuesday.

California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation spokeswoman Terry Thornton said one inmate has been transferred from a dorm setting to an individual cell as part of an ongoing investigation.

I see nothing bad in this situation. Inmates can create and mannequin challenge is a good thing. Maybe they just need to promote their videos and use these services to buy some views. Although, it's not necessary. Maybe they do it for fun, not money.
