The circumstances surrounding the death of an inmate at Saskatoon’s Regional Psychiatric Centre are under investigation. Correctional Service Canada is reviewing the death of 72-year-old Ralph Folster, who died earlier this week at the facility. Police and the coroner have also been notified.
