CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) -- An inmate who walked away from medical treatment at OSU Wexner Center Medical Center weeks ago still has yet to surrender to authorities. Jeffrey Adkins, 27, was serving a 25-day sentence at the Ross County Jail when he was submitted to the hospital for a hand injury on January 1.
