| Conference bringing former death row inmates to UNA |

FLORENCE -- Two former Alabama death row inmates will be at the University of North Alabama later this month to talk about how they were wrongly convicted, and then freed from a death sentence. Anthony Ray Hinton and Gary Drinkard will speak Feb. 23-24 during the Alabama Regional Graduate Conference. Hinton will speak at 6 p.m. Feb. 23 in the performance center of the Guillot University Center, and Drinkard will speak at 6 p.m. Feb. 24 in The Loft of the Guillot University Center.
