MONTGOMERY – The Limestone Correctional Facility has “lost confidence” in some of the locks that keep inmates confined, according to a recent analysis. The analysis of 17 Alabama Department of Corrections’ facilities statewide shows a multitude of problems, including fire safety and electrical system reliability.
