| Area county jails face contract cancellations |

SOUTHWEST OK (KSWO) - The State Department of Corrections sent cancellation letters to four area county jails informing them they would no longer be paid to house their inmates. It's part of a cost-cutting move that's expected to save the DOC about $775,000 dollars by the end of the fiscal year in June.
