| Fugitive reportedly spotted in Moses Lake |

KENNEWICK — A man who is sought by the Kennewick Police Department was spotted in Moses Lake Wednesday. The KPD is currently searching for 29-year-old Brian Massey on charges of escape from community custody by the Washington Department of Corrections and for failure to appear to a hearing in Franklin County. Massey’s original charges were for possession of a controlled substance and residential burglary. The KPD reports Massey is last known to have resided in Soap Lake, but he also reportedly has ties to the Moses Lake area. A person contacted the Moses Lake Police Department Wednesday reporting they saw Massey walking in the city.
