TOPEKA (WIBW)-- The Kansas Department of Corrections is calling the death of an Osage County sex offender in Lansing prison, suspicious. A correction spokesperson tells 13 NEWS, 56-year-old James Beeson was found dead Sunday morning. He said an autopsy is planned to help determine the cause of death and Lansing has cancelled visitation for this weekend. Read More. |
