NEWARK, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) - The second of three inmates who escaped from prison over the weekend was recaptured in Newark. Newark Police say an off-duty officer spotted Justin Stanley on North 21st Street. Stanley was arrested after a short foot chase. Stanley, along with David Skeens and Troy Byrd, was reported missing from the SEPTA Correctional Facility in Nelsonville about 3 a.m. Saturday. Read More. |
