WARREN — An inmate at Trumbull Correctional Institution was sentenced Wednesday to 12 months in prison after he was convicted on drug charges stemming from prison officials finding marijuana in his cell. Melvin Blue, 43, appeared before Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge W. Wyatt McKay, who accepted the inmate’s guilty plea to charges of trafficking in marijuana and tampering with evidence.
