POST FALLS, Idaho - Kootenai County Deputies arrested four people, including two wanted felons, for multiple charges after stopping their car in for an expired license plate registration. Deputies stopped the car in the area of Ross Point Rd. near Seltice Way. Based on the actions of the occupants, deputies believed one or more of the occupants were likely under the influence of drugs.
