A city correction officer had his nose broken by a teen inmate who became angry during a fight dispute over a television remote Tuesday night, department records show. Officer Rudy Febo, 25, was punched in the face by inmate Kenneth Cabrera, 19, after he demanded the TV channel be changed inside the George Motchan Detention Center at 6:25 p.m., according to a department report of the incident.
