Federal inmate caught in Timmins

A federal inmate last seen in Sudbury who failed to return to a halfway house in April has been arrested in Timmins.

Elliott Sullivan, 36, was taken into custody without incident at about 7:50 p.m. Sunday.

Timmins Police Service officers arrested Sullivan.

The arrest follows a Canada Wide Warrant and media release issued on April 27 by the Ontario Provincial Police’s R.O.P.E. (Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement) Squad.
