A man accused of killing his cellmate in Columbia Correctional Institution is back on a trial schedule after changing his mind before a plea and sentencing hearing Tuesday.

Dexter Ewing, 44, is accused of killing his 40-year-old cellmate, Jerome Scott, in February 2015.
