| Wyoming County Jail inmate faces new felony charges |

WARSAW — A Wyoming County jail inmate is now facing additional felony charges after allegedly violating an order of protection. An investigation revealed Ervin W. Delude Sr., 45, of Dutton Road was making phone calls to a female outside the facility, who had an order of protection against him, said Wyoming County Sheriff’s Sgt. Colin Reagan. Delude was charged Monday with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offence. Due to previous criminal convictions within the past five years, the charges were lodged as felonies.
