SMETHPORT — An inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution-McKean was convicted Tuesday in McKean County Court of possessing drugs that were smuggled in to him. Josean Reyes-Pagan, 36, from Puerto Rico, was found guilty by a jury of all four charges against him, according to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer. The charges against Pagan were possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; conspiracy to possess contraband and possession of contraband, both second-degree felonies; and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to court records.
