The man who allegedly assaulted a Department of Corrections officer was charged in local court Saturday. Joshua James Meno, 20, was charged with assault on a peace officer as third-degree felony and assault as a misdemeanor, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam. On May 3, Meno and another prisoner got into an argument, documents state.
