A man who failed to returned to the Bozeman pre-release center after work was arrested Monday night in Helena. Matthew Joshua Allen, 22, was reported missing by the Gallatin County Re-Entry Program after he failed to return following work on Monday evening. According to jail records, Allen was taken into custody in Helena that same night, booked in the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center shortly before midnight Monday. Read More. |
