LAKE WORTH, Fla. (CBS12) — A woman serving more than a year in prison for grand theft, may see more time behind bars. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrested Nicole Palmer, 26, after she escaped from a Woman's Work Release Center on Fairgrounds Road. She escaped in March. The Florida Department of Corrections said she surrendered to authorities at the Broward Sheriff's Office on May 1. Deputies booked her on an escape charge Wednesday afternoon. Read More. |
