| Escaped inmate captured at Jackson hotel with woman |

One of two Hinds County inmates was captured Monday morning at a hotel in Jackson. Jackie Goodin, 34, was taken back into custody around 3 a.m. along with an unidentified woman at a hotel on U.S. Highway 80. Goodin was being held on misdemeanor paraphernalia and traffic fines, Hinds County Sheriff Victor Mason. Three inmates were feeding livestock on Sunday afternoon when Goodin and Michael McGlothin fled on foot. Deputies found their jump suits nearby. McGlothin, 43, is 6 feet 1 inch in height and weighs 190 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and multiple tattoos. Mclothin was being held on misdemeanor trespassing fines. Read More. |
