ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) – A man escaped Wednesday from the SEPTA Correctional Facility, according to a news release. Richard Paul Rush III, 24, was in custody for drug possession, a third-degree felony. He is described as 5 feet 6 and weighs about 155 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.
