After quadruple murderer Nikko Jenkins was sentenced to death last week in an Omaha courtroom, his next stop should have been the special unit reserved for the condemned at the Tecumseh State Prison. But it may turn out that Jenkins bides his time elsewhere, perhaps in a sort of death row annex away from the 10 other killers awaiting execution. The reason? Officials with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services are concerned about what he might do to his fellow inmates. According to a prison report obtained by The World-Herald: Jenkins has vowed in recent weeks to add to the murderous spree he committed in August 2013, when he gunned down four Omahans within three weeks of his release from his first prison stint.
