MAYFIELD, Ky. (LEX 18) - Kentucky State Police are actively searching for an escaped inmate from Fulton County. The Fulton County Detention Center contacted police to let them know an inmate had escaped after the nightly head count. Reggie Rankins is described as a 23-year-old black male, 5’10”, 180 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, dark brown complexion, and medium build. Unknown clothing description and unknown direction of travel at this time.
