| Inmate at Licking correctional center dies on Sunday |

(Licking) – An inmate at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking has died. 60-year-old James Large was pronounced dead at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking just after 10 am Sunday, June 25. Department officials say they do not suspect foul play was involved, however, an autopsy will be performed. Large was serving a seven-year sentence for convictions on charges of possession or delivery of a controlled substance in a correctional facility or county jail and theft or stealing of a credit card or letter of credit from Taney County.
