LAS VEGAS (KSNV News3LV) — A 51-year-old woman convicted in the 1994 deaths of two men in Las Vegas has died, according to a Nevada Department of Corrections news release. Marnie M. Peot died Friday at the Florence McClure Women’s Correctional Center after an altercation with another female inmate earlier in the day. Both inmates were assessed by medical staff and found to have minor injuries. Peot had been placed into a cell in the operations area of the facility awaiting her move to Administrative Segregation when she was found unresponsive. Read More. |
