DANNEMORA — Four Clinton Correctional Facility inmates face disciplinary charges for allegedly fighting outside the mess hall. Shortly after noon on July 11, a correction officer heard a loud commotion and saw the inmates "exchanging punches and slashing type motions towards each other," the New York State Correctional Officers and Police Benevolent Association said in a press release.
