An inmate of the Oneida County Correctional Facility has been charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, according to the Oneida County Sheriff’s office narcotics unit. The controlled substance alprazolam, known by the prescription name Xanax, was found in the possession of Allan Christman, 24, of Cleveland, on the afternoon of July 21, deputies said.
