| Federal Inmate escapes from Oklahoma jail |

A federal inmate at the Choctaw County Jail in Hugo, OK. escaped Monday evening through the gymnasium ventilation system, authorities said. Aaron Victory Sr., 38, escaped from the southeast Oklahoma lockup about 9:40 p.m., according to Choctaw County Sheriff Terry Park. Victory was being held before a scheduled hearing in U.S. District Court in Muskogee. He pleaded guilty in May to being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition and possession of a stolen firearm, according to federal court records. Read More. |
