OKMULGEE - An inmate escaped Tuesday from a transport van and remains at-large, Okmulgee County Sheriff's office reports. Law officers are searching for Skipper Eugene Rowland, 35, who escaped near U.S. 266 and State Highway 52 east of Dewar, the sheriff's office reports. Rowland is believed to be armed and dangerous. Rowland might be driving a Red 1999 Ford F-350 flatbed pickup with a white feed bin on the back, according to reports. Read More. |
