BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — The Belmont Correctional Institution has a new warden following an investigation into former warden Michelle Miller, who allegedly offered inmates improper credit for community service. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction announced last month that an Ohio Valley native accepted the reigns.
