| Young inmate dies in Umatilla state prison |

A 23-year-old inmate died Sunday morning at Two-Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla. Staff were “attending to complaints” from Kenneth Allen when he became unresponsive, according to Oregon Department of Corrections.
