An inmate who escaped the Ventura County Conservation Camp over the weekend was apprehended Tuesday in San Diego County, authorities said. Johnny Macias, 20, was reported missing at 10:10 p.m. Sunday from the facility in the 2800 block of Wright Road in Camarillo, according to the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
