Authorities say an inmate at the Cimarron Correctional Facility in Cushing drugged a prison guard back on September 10. The Stillwater News Press reports Brandon Perkins, an inmate due to felony convictions, confessed to lacing a female guard's water with a substance while she was making security rounds.
