COOKEVILLE — A Tennessee jail inmate faces an indictment on charges of trying to solicit the murder of a witness in his pending case. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says 39-year-old Calvin Booher was incarcerated when he attempted to arrange for a witness in his arson case to be murdered. TBI says Booher was arrested a year ago and charged with aggravated arson connected to several fires in the Livingston area. Read More. |
